This book will help you understand others as well as yourself, in a very short time, I am not saying you will be a professional immediately, but, you will understand more than you would have ever believed! I Love it, still reading it and do when the "need" seems to come up, it is a book you will want to keep!

 Exteremly poor Amazon Packaging
I purchased the new Exploring Psycholgy book, and when it was delivered the box was completely soggy and after opening the package, my brand-new book already had water damage. The book was also sitting on top of the protective bubble bag and the book had been bent around it. I expected so much better from Amazon.
